Celebrate Robert Burns birthday with a Burns Night Supper at The Lawn on Tuesday 25th January. Our Executive Chef Chris Niven and his team will be serving a special 4-course menu with curated drinks pairing, poetry performances, and bagpiper playing familiar Scottish tunes.

Chris Niven

With a background cooking in Scotland’s finest restaurants and hotels, Chris was previously Executive Chef at The Scotsman Hotel in Edinburgh and The Fairmont, St Andrews before making the move to East Lothian.

A classically trained chef offering his own twist for a modern Scottish menu, Chris is currently a finalist in one of the UK’s most prestigious culinary contests, The National Chef of the Year competition.
